簡介
本實驗室論文發表專注於人工智慧與影像分析,主要的應用層面為醫學影像相關問題。過去的研究中,涵蓋多個領域,包括心肌T1映射技術的改進、腦部結構的自動分割。在深度學習方面,我們致力於開發高效的影像分割與分類模型。例如,針對胸部X光影像中的肺部不透明區域,我們提出了一種基於深度學習的分類方法,通過批次控制和靈敏度調節,提高了模型的準確性和穩定性。此外,我們還開發了基於U-Net架構的模型,實現了對腦部MRI影像的快速精確分割,為擴散影像分析提供了可靠的工具。
在心肌T1映射技術的改進上,我們提出了結合生成對抗網路(GAN)和深度學習對位網路的方法,生成穩定且一致的虛擬MOLLI影像作為對位目標,從而提高了影像對位的準確性,減少了運動偽影對T1映射的影響。這一方法在臨床診斷和監測心臟疾病方面具有潛在的應用價值。在腦部結構的自動分割領域,我們開發了多種基於深度學習的模型,如ASEG、WMP和DKT模型,實現了對腦部MRI影像的自動分割。這些模型不僅提高了分割的準確性,還顯著減少了分析所需的時間,為腦部結構的詳細分析提供了有效的工具。
